To be able to make calls with Teams, a suitable Microsoft license is required for each user who wants to be linked to Placetel. It is important to add the necessary “telephone license” (Phone System). The following Microsoft Teams licenses are possible:

• Office 365 E5 (already includes the Microsoft telephony system)
• Office 365 Business Basic + Microsoft telephony in public areas
