Cloudya is the cloud telephone system solution from nfon. Unlike traditional telephone systems, it is operated in nfon’s data center. You do not need a physical system on site. Updates and maintenance are carried out by the operator, without any effort for your IT. All you need is an Internet connection. This can be in the office, in your home office or on your cell phone.
Your employees have the choice of how they want to make calls via Cloudya. The classic telephone, via PC with softphone or web browser, or via cell phone using an app. Your employees always have the same phone number, no matter which medium they use. Ideal for on the move and working from home. All calls are automatically delivered to wherever your employees are located.
Nfon Cloudya with teams
If you don’t want to use nfon’s own app, you have the option of combining the Cloudya cloud telecommunications system with Microsoft Teams. In addition to the working environment already familiar from other Office applications, this option also offers video and chat functionalities as well as simple file sharing between employees via Sharepoint.
This gives your company a solution for a wide range of tasks. What’s more, Teams can also be used externally or accessed via a classic PSTN telephone.
