Why do I need an emergency kit or emergency workstations?
Despite a good security concept, you may fall victim to a cyberattack. In this case, rapid assistance is important. You need to deal with the attack as quickly as possible and ensure that your employees can carry out their work.
Very mundane processes can become a challenge: writing and answering emails, printing letters and documents, being reachable on the move via smartphone or laptop, but also making TEAMS calls or pure telephony.
As your entire infrastructure may be compromised, you must purchase and use new components that have not been compromised by the incident.
With our emergency kit, you receive emergency workstations on a rental basis, for the period until complete clarification and recovery, which are equipped according to your specifications with TEAMS, SharePoint, printer, mouse, data cards and much more.
Why not procure them yourself?
In order to keep the business running, you have negotiated a sum with your insurance company that is available to you to make new purchases or replacements. We expect an average bridging time of approximately 3 months.
You can now procure end devices and purchase licenses centrally for all employees, but then face the challenge of supplying all employees, rolling out systems, configuring them and thinking through various structures and authorizations on your own. In addition, you carry the responsibility yourself and must also ensure that the material you have purchased is used in a targeted manner.
Or, you hand it over to us: we take care of everything for you, without any immediate acquisition costs.
- Ready for use from 2 days after commissioning
- No acquisition costs and no maintenance costs
- Support during setup with instruction
- Individual configuration of the environment possible
- Available DACH-wide
- Data is mirrored after termination and is therefore not lost
- Protected and certified backup of your data

Frequently asked questions about emergency workstations
Once commissioned, emergency workstations are ready for use within 2 days. This keeps employees able to work shortly after a cyberattack or IT outage, while the actual systems are analyzed and restored.
The emergency kit is used on a rental basis, so there are no acquisition costs. Use is limited to the bridging phase, which on average takes around 3 months until your own infrastructure is fully restored.
The workstations are individually configured to your specifications, for example with TEAMS, SharePoint, a printer, a mouse and data cards. This allows everyday tasks such as emails, printing documents, calls and video meetings to continue without interruption.
With self-procurement, companies have to centrally purchase, roll out and configure end devices and licenses themselves, and take responsibility for structures and permissions. An external emergency kit takes over this entire process, without any immediate acquisition costs.
Data is stored and backed up in a protected, certified manner and is mirrored after use ends, so it is not lost for the company.
Yes, the emergency workstations are ready for use at any location in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and can be deployed independently of the affected company site.
